Celia Cerasoli first worked in clay while studying at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia.
Later, food became her artistic medium when she opened an Italian bistro in Charleston, South Carolina. Here, she created beautiful food for the local artists, musicians and local chefs.
Recently, Celia directed her love of food back toward the plates and bowls it’s presented in.
She uses high fire porcelain and dark sculpture clay. All glazes and finishes are food safe.
Celia is a member of Cone 10 Studios in Charles- ton, South Carolina where her work is available in the Gallery.
